The Festival kicks off Thursday night with a casual indoor-outdoor party at The Waters Building, celebrating foods that are smoked, grilled, and slow-roasted al fresco! Sample from eight stations created by some of the Pee Dee’s favorite restaurants and sip wines paired for the dishes by Micky Finn’s. Exclusive bourbon sponsor of Meat and Meander Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey will be serving cocktails from the iconic horse trailer, and guests will listen to live bluegrass by The Bluestone Ramblers.
